We use third party tracking cookies including Google Analytics and Hotjar in order to understand the website’s user journeys and so that we can continuously improve the website by way of informed decisions. We use Tidio for instant messaging and chat facilities, of whom will set cookies of their own in order to, amongst other features, recognise users that have previously engaged with the chat feature.
Contact forms
We provide contact forms so aid in communication between yourselves and me. The data you provide on a contact form will only be used in direct relation to your enquiry, unless you explicitly give consent for it to be used otherwise, for example to be enrolled on a newsletter list.
Embedded content
We may use embedded content from external sources, such as YouTube. These are the same as visiting the provider’s own website and as such, may collect personal information about you. We cannot control this and therefore cannot not take any responsibility for use of your data by third parties through embedded media.
What rights do you have over your data?
You may, at any time, request a copy of your data as held by us. You also may request that your personal data be erased from our systems. We will comply with any held data or erasure request in line with current regulations, with the only data retained being what is strictly necessary for our administrative and legal obligations.
